Nice location. Easy access to dining, shopping, area attractions. Was a disappointed that we only learned of the daily parking fee upon our check out.

We came to town on Amtrak and it was very easy to walk to and from our hotel to the stations. We enjoyed walking the area around the hotel and found many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast included many items for a healthy breakfast. Our room was clean and well maintained. It was a good experience.

We picked Hampton because experience has said we can count on a pretty high level of quality. This experience was ... fine, but not what we expected. The hallways/elevator/etc were a little dingy; the pool was very small (and we had to go next door for the hottub); one doorway to the parking lot wasn't working; etc. Breakfast in the morning: The juice machine wasn't working, the "toast" container was out of bread; regular syrup was so low my son didn't even notice there was any and accidently took the no-sugar version, etc. People and staff were friendly and helpful, but the whole experience didn't feel like Hampton Inn.

Older property in downtown Grand Junction. People and service were great. Comfortable rooms but they could use some updating. You’re basically paying for the location.

One elevator was a joke. Staying on top floor so had to use stairs a lot. Tough for a senior.

We had to check out about 9:30 pm. It was very noisy outside. There was very loud music not sure if it was a live band or what, and the people in the room next door were very loud sounded like they were having an argument. We couldn’t get to sleep so we came home. We were there to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. We were very disappointed. The hotel said they refunded our stay and I would have to find out if we could get our money back from Expedia. I don’t know what I have to do to get a refund from Expedia. Please respond so I can get a refund.

We couldn’t get to sleep so we came home. We were there to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. We were very disappointed. The hotel said they refunded our stay and I would have to find out if we could get our money back from Expedia. I don’t know what I have to do to get a refund from Expedia. The fact they let people use other nearby Hotels' pools/jacuzzi was what made this stay A M A Z I N G. The breakfast in the morning was really good too - eggs/bacon/yogurt/orange juice/milk/etc. Everything about this place was great. If I had any complaint, it'd be that the bathroom tub needs to be cleaned a bit more and cauked some to hide some stuff (I wouldn't have taken a sit down bath there) but otherwise bathroom was very clean.
