The only negative I would say is the breakfast could be better and the beds were way too hard other than that lovely stay friendly staff. I would stay again

Somewhat disappointed. Room was ok. People at the frontdesk seemed to hide in office. Stopped by and had to repeatedly ring bell to get someone to come out. Returned late after attending a show and found that our smoke alarm was beeping. Front desk gave me a battery which I replaced. She offered to call maintenance, but being late it was easier and quicker to do myself. While the breakfast was good. The breakfast area was up two flight of steps. With no elevator. My wife has serious back issues. This should be on your profile.

Great room at great price. Was quiet and had a putt putt coarse next door that was awesome. Would def stay at again. Breakfast was awesome and dessert in the evenings was so good! Room was older but clean.

The hotel was clean but dated. It was worth the money but nothing special. Breakfast was not desirable and we only had it one of three days. The bathtub actually had a major crack in it and I know was leaking profusely. Lastly the tv was nice but didn’t get channels list said were available. With all the pros and cons I would say I would not stay there again.

Was a bit noisy. We could hear other guests talking outside our door & going up and down the stairs.

I requested a ground level room when I booked a long time ago but did not get it. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. There was a very strong curry smell as we entered into the dining area. The location was quiet and the cobbler each night was good.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Branson and would rank this at the top for the price. Location and accessibility were perfect. Our room was spacious and clean. The noise level was very low. We will stay again if they have a vacancy.

We always enjoy staying there, and have for years. The breakfast and after-show desserts are always great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only reason for the good rating, and not excellent, was possibly the noise of a washer spinning on and off all afternoon. That may have just had to do with our room location, as we’d not heard it on previous visits.

If you checked in before 3:00 pm they charged you $15 even if the room is ready or not which ours was ready they weren’t busy at all poor customer service.

The room was clean and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable. The negative was that on the morning of our check out day, around 8:30 a.m., the housekeeper knocked and then immediately put her key in the lock and opened the door. Checkout is at 11. I was in bed watching TV and my husband was up in the chair. However, we could have been getting dressed or anything. This was very disturbing.

The room was very reasonably priced. It was very clean. The bathroom was equipped with grab bars which was a plus for my handicapped husband. The bed was the best hotel/motel bed I have ever slept in!

She brought her dog to wrk with her and it wet & pooped in 2 places in the breakfast area. A guest had to go tell the lady in the back kitchen area to come clean it up. She cleaned up the poop but not the pee. You could see several spots on the carpet where the dog had peed and it has not been cleaned up.
