Had a lovely stay at the Visakha Sanur with our kids - a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur, with really helpful and friendly staff. Would love to go back one day.

The staff were exceptional! The villas were stunning with private pool. We had a family suite with 2 separate bedrooms that was updated and very spacious. Only a few minute taxi ride to restaurants. They also have a shuttle service to Ubud during the day. Very pleased with the immaculate grounds, central pool besides the private pool and their restaurant was very good.

Private pool was excellent. Water pressure was very low and the hot water came after 10 minutes. Only two AC outlets.

Traditional Balinese villas and studios, comfortable with good facilities in quite area of Sanur. Room service available with a small restaurant and good food. Shuttle bus provided for transport to centre for shops, restaurants and beach. Helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely villas with separate gardens. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool. Excellent food and spa.

Property with villas and bungalows is set up like an Indonesian family compound surrounded by a wall. Setting is peaceful and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is provided to shopping area.

I found this Hotel on this site and we arrived late ona flight from London - it is at the end of a dingy badly lit street whose neighborhood is best described as a slum. On arrival I went albeit reluctantly into the front courtyard and was simultaneously shocked and appalled by the basic nature of the Hotel - dirty concrete slab as reception - badly lit and frankly terrifying - the only redeeming feature of my visit to the Hotel was the kindness of the taxi driver in ensuring the speediest of exits to find a real hotel for us.

The wonderful staff made our stay excellent. It’s a small and very quiet little retreat, it was just perfect for our little family. it is true it’s a bit of a distance to the center of Sanur; but, the free shuttle makes up for it

Great villa, need a little bit updating with new furnishings (curtains and mosquito nets had stains and rips). Free shuttle to center on Sanur otherwise there is nothing around.

This hotel is badly overpriced for what it is able to provide. A real scam. The buildings and grounds have been badly let go. The gardens are not cared for. The swimming pool isn't very clean. The photographs online are not recent. The location is very isolated and 'luxury spa' is not an accurate description. Do not believe the great price reductions online. Some of the employees try to help but some of the employees were very rude. With all the guests miserable and trapped it can't be a fun place to work - but the website advertisement and room costs are outrageous for what they are able to offer. On some nights you will have planes that sound as though they are landing on your head the entire night - and the airport does not have a cut off time for incoming or outgoing flights so the noise does not stop.

A get away from everything, not close to anything but they will drive you to shops and you take a taxi back ($2.50 cad). We had our own pool which was filthy but they added some chemicals and by the 3 rd day it was not to bad. Do not order the food!!!! Our first meal consisted of raw ( cold and red on the inside) satays and unfortunately we ate 3/4's of our burgers before noticing the black mold on the bottom buns. So that was our first meal the second one was not much better we got raw bacon and our butter had a squished cricket on it. The place was quiet as there was only one other family there but my biggest problem with this resort was the lack of water pressure, there was not enough to take a shower so we decided to run a bath but after 25 minutes of sitting watching it fill ( cant leave as lots of frogs so you gotta make sure they do not jump in) it had only filled up one inch. If you are planning to stay here I would strongly reconsider.
