Typical Japanese hotel with small but functional rooms. Very clean and modern. Front desk very helpful when needed. Five-minute walk from Hakata train station, with direct connections to the main cities in Japan.

5 mins walk to Fukuoka station and easy to reach shopping and eating places. Check-in and out were self-served but the staff were always standing by for help. The staff were polite and greeted us whenever we met. The room is not big but as expected. It was clean and the daily bed fitting was good. We left at 11am and returned at 4pm and the room was made without delay. Necessities and bottled waters were replenished daily if needed without asking. Nice stay.

This is not my first time staying in this hotel. This one has a very convenient location, the staff are so friendly and they provide sufficient assistance during check in/out. Nearby has a lot of restaurants, and convenience stores.

Very close to station. The location is quiet as it is not on the main entrance direction. Because of that, it needs a bit further walk to the subway and bus stations on the main entrance side where has more food options. Very good hotel service to provide a free usage of a weight scale for measuring the weight of suitcases.

I liked the newness of the facility~clean, nice bathroom w/out stepping up like other hotels, location, closeness to the station. I would definitely use and recommend it to others.
