Unique property right on the caldera

A beautiful spot to stay in Santorini. Close to everything but away from hustle and bustle. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would have loved to have stayed longer!

Everything is 5 star in review! Location, location, location! Loved everything, friendly staff, beautiful view, great breakfast and much more! The mom - son owner/mangers are very friendly and helpful! They can help you get the plan together for sightseeing and other activities in and around Fira! Our room was on the very bottom floor and we did not hear any noise from the street! The grotto swimming pool was a big hit with kids, after a long day in such hot weather outside! All photos were taken from the little balcony we had!

Great location. Staff and only are nice and friendly. The only thing I have to complain is the bed. It is time to switch. The mattress is thin and is making noise.

Nice view of the caldera ,friendly staff ,but breakfast is pretty much the same every morning and if will be great if theres a ramp for to roll the luggage's up and down ,but the owner was very nice to let someone help us to carry it .Other wise the hotel was great clean and organized .I recommend it highly and would go back to stay here again...Perfect Location 👍👍👍👍👍

Great stay with helpful staff and beautiful view from the terrace. Donkeys moved past our room in the morning - very special! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location was a great base for exploring the island.

Great hospitality!

The property is well maintained and in the traditional Santorini style. The view is amazing but what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. It is hard to go up and down the stairs and they had no concerns keeping our luggage until it was check-in time and similarly after check-out and before leaving the area. Really appreciate the help. The only drawback as has been mentioned in other reviews is that the indoor pool is quite cold. If it was just a little bit warmer, everything would have been perfect. Excellent breakfast, would certainly stay there again.

Hotel was perched on the cliff, away from the hectic shopping and dining areas. It was quiet and the view was great. The pool was very nice to get cooled off on hot days of July. Breakfast was good too. The staff was friendly and helpful answering transportation questions.

The view is to die for! The staff was very helpful and ensured we had a great time, they helped us arrange transportation to various locations in the island as well as for our departure.
