The room was prepared, bond was taken when we checked in, but still waiting for the bond to be refund after10days and invoice to be invoiced after 2 phone calls.
Sailed the hotel number, transferred me to the reception and the got hanged up on, which is shocking service for 5 stars:(

Service was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble we stayed for our wedding Anniversary and we were treated very well including an upgrade and complimentary champagne

At check in was advised I had two reservations. They kept repeating the same thing over again (5 times) while I was attempting to verify on the internet which is not available in the lobby. Had to go to the room, pull up a screen, go back to lobby, back to room, pull up screen, back to lobby, repeat ———.

Our room was upgraded. We wished there were more light in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was very nice. I haven’t looked to see if we were given the $39 food credit for our room service.
