Very attentive staff. The pool needs a bit of cleaning, it had quite a bit of leaves from trees and insects.

This hotel has it all, the location, spacios rooms except the workers. Im not a person to come with negative or defensive attitude but when it comes to being a tourist the receptionist do respond with a negative attitude. If they had a bad experience with past customers but they sure have to be friendly and be at its excelence in customer service. Customer service sucks.

Terrible stay. The security locks on the door were missing. The TV did not work. Housekeeping left us without bath towels. On the last day, our most important, there was no hot water for the shower so we were unable to shower in the morning. Overall, a bad experience.

While in Hermosillo stayed at the Hotel Santorian. Large place. Everything was fine. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Location not far from airport. I would return.
