Good choice for family vacation at Osaka!!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Its ideally located for transport links. The room was to a very high standard and the breakfast was tasty as well.

The hotel is in great condition and the room/bathroom were comfortable. The front desk staff don't speak a lot of English, which would have been fine except that we had some questions about things to do in the area. I also think they should invest in blackout curtains because there was a neon sign outside our window and the light came in. When I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. The hotel is an easy walk from 2 different subway lines, which is a huge advantage.

Hotel general presentation was a darker muted aesthetic but still very pleasant, smoking room, laundry room and vending machines all Present and good location next to a Lawson and a 7/11 a 2 min walk away.

Most comfortable bed and room of my trip in Japan! Staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious, coffee machine, microwave, and laundry were so helpful. Very close to 2 train stations, but area itself was very quiet with limited eating options.

I thought we had paid for everyones breakfast (3 adults and one 5 year old) because we had paid the room and informed our group size. But we heard that breakfast is only paid for adults, child breakfast pays extra. We contacted also hotels.com about this but it was no help. So if this review would help someone, that is good. If you travel with children under 6 year old and have bought breakfast via hotels.com, you still have to pay childrens breakfast.

Location was good but still some walks from the hotel to the train station, a little difficult for traveller if you are carrying big suitcase. Front desk staffs are very nice and could speak English.

Best room we stayed at so far! Clean rooms and had a king sized bed. Very comfy bed and great showers! Not too noisy since it’s next to the street.

The bed was so comfortable, the best of our whole trip! And the room was a very good size. We stayed in the king room and had lots of space for luggage and moving around! The area was quiet and clean with a few restaurants within walking distance but we mainly traveled to find food. There is a 7/11 and Lawson close for something quick! Great stay, would definitely stay again

The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Western shower. The only thing to be aware of is the small step at the rooms entrance (for the shoes area). Worth the price. All in all good mid-level hotel.
