The loft style rooms are beautiful I wished it had a TV and the upstairs restaurants saved us some nights. A good time overall

The staff at this hotel are extremely kind. The meals they prepared were good. The mojitos were excellent. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

A lovely place. Excellent terrace restaurant and delicious breakfast Bia was amazingly helpful as was Rey and Danny. The area felt safe and is so close to everything in Old Havana but be prepared for poor conditions surrounding it although it was clean and safe. For transportation ask them to use Nave app as otherwise tourists pay 4 or 5 times more for taxi. Must go to Buena Vista social club at La Guajarit. There are more than one. This was amazing as was Caberet Parisian at Hotel Nacional who accepts CUP and is the Best Buy EVER for a spectacular show!!

The room is super large, has a living room with a sofa, a table for eating and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The residence is calm and clean. The restaurant is upstairs, with a beautiful view of the Havana port. The dishes in the restaurant are well priced, and they have good ice cream.The workers are super friendly and helpful. The residence is close to many restaurants, schools and tourist areas. The tourist bus passes in front of the residence. I enjoyed being there and I recommend it.

Great place to stay in Havana Vieja. The staff is great, breakfast is delicious and the courtesy dinner was lovely. Special thanks to Ariana, Lazaro and the cleaning ladies who were super friendly. Definitely recommended!

Although we have no complaints about the hotel in itself, the staff was friendly, room was clean, they forgot to check our passports and woke us up in the middle of the night, and there's no peep hole or wifi in the rooms, so we felt a little uneasy opening the door. We got it sorted quickly, but we both stayed awake for hours after being woken up suddenly. That being said, we loved the rooftop and being in that area was our favorite, even after bouncing around town.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful. The artwork was gorgeous and we’d like to know what the purchase price of the two Rene Pena photographs that were in our loft would be. We are interested in purchasing them if possible. One of the staff was going to get us a price while we were there but we don’t get the information before we had to leave. Thank you Holly Pitters

The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to visit. The rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely and tasty, a nice view of the harbor, and excellent staff, shout out to Ari and Veronica who made us feel right at home.

We had such an amazing time in the Loft Habana! We were here for almost a week and it was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more.The room was very clean and all of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Bia particularly went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The cocktails and food on the rooftop terrace is a must 😊 Walking distance to lots of lovely bars, restaurants and historical interests. My husband and I stayed at Loft Habana for 5 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of our time in Cuba. Laura and her team were extremely responsive and welcoming for the duration of our stay. They gave us valuable tips for navigating the city and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The rooftop bar/restaurant was an incredible place for us to relax and take in the ocean views. Thank you for our wonderful stay!
