We’ve used Hilton Garden Inn for quite a while when flying out of St. Louis and had no issues. However this time was the exception, when we got up to take the shuttle to the airport at 3:30 am we were told the shuttle driver did not show up so we had to take an Uber to the airport. After returning from our vacation after midnight we were told they did not have a shuttle
driver luckily someone from another Hilton would be able to pick us up. I really hope this is a one time thing or we will have to find another reliable hotel.

The room smell like a sewer especially the bathroom. I sprayed air freshener & the smell was still there. The base board/siding fixture was broken off. The bathroom was not to my liking. My other room was so much better. Idk if I will be coming back.

TERRIBLE !!!
The location was an eye sore. It is located down behind a hill and behind Amazon warehouses. The room had a "stench" smell. There were people sitting along the side walk on the side / back of hotel all while they were smoking marijuana. I will never visit this hotel location again !!

The restroom was not up to par. The bathtub was filthy and there were cob webs and dirt under the sink.

This hotel is totally the best I love it the staff are so nice and Sarah the new kitchen supervisor is totally nice kind and made our stay one of the best!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. Free parking and WiFi was a plus. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Staff was impolite and condescending. Put me in the wrong room and then acted like it was a big inconvenience for him to move me to the suite that I reserved and paid for. They wouldn’t send up blankets or sheets for the pullout sofa. They told me to come down and pick up a comforter and that it was all they had. The room was dirty (in the drawers was disgusting). I asked if a late checkout was available and he said “No! I need you out of that room.” This was all we’ll before checkout time too.

Quite a bit of road noise from the hiway. Would have liked better curtains which would have been able to close off view from window and help block noise.

Good stop over to catch next day flight. Everyone very accommodating as I arrived a few hours early.. they checked me in!! Shuttle on time and arrived on time to catch my flight. Spacious room.

Water was not hot in my room during my stay, airport shuttle has no air conditioning, the computer was down so there was no way of making a key for me to use during check in. Breakfast is not included despite being advertised as included in the stay in various platforms.

The room was dirty, i went to the aquarium with my kids and grandkids came back and my bed was not made with nothing on it. The service was not good and room was dirty. My next trip to St.Louis i will stay in a different Motel
