There was zero cool air (fan) or air conditioning in the hotel room. So the rooms were incredibly warm and way too hot to sleep comfortably at all. The pillows were either rock hard and too high and gave me neck pain, or was almost flat and gave my mother no support. There was no explanation or attempt at assistance for the air situation. We were “simply” told—sorry..the air conditioning and any air is off. Sorry! We were told to open the window. But there is no screen and construction and traffic noise outside the hotel—so we obviously did not want to leave the window open all night. Despite the window being closed, we could still hear the construction and traffic (even tho we asked to be in a room where we wouldn’t be disturbed by traffic noise) Never would have thought they’d be doing construction on the street early on a Saturday morning! Also—we could hear furniture and ppl moving things above us and it seems like the housekeeping was happening very early above us and outside in the hallway. And they were VERY noisy!! Our sleep was disturbed many times and it was just not comfortable at all. Also, with so many English speaking guests, one would assume the restaurant would have staff that spoke a bit of English. We found it very difficult to deal w the staff when we went for dinner. All in all, this was not what I was expecting when I booked this hotel, and did not appreciate having a horrible nights sleep the night before I had to take a 7hr flight.

Good option close to the airport. The airport shuttle is a great service and really convenient. There is not a lot in the immediate area but a short walk to a big mall and multiple supermarkets

The training room is a disaster. 10 m2 and overfilled with equipment. And bad ventilation, that do not function before enter a hotel card when start up the training. Was never reach good air in there during training. not space for training on mat, - and no free weights. For breakfast I miss tomato, cucomber and more than one cheese to choose from.On the plus side: One young man in the restaurant very helpful.

Great place to stay near Barajas airport

Hotel is convenient (but not very close) to airport. Parking is on the street available (hotel also has underground parking for fee). Staff is very friendly. Room spacious.

i have to say, for a property that serves airport clientele, the nuevo boston was a great find - attentive and warm staff, room and bathroom were very nice sized and clean - also, QUIET since sleep is a premium - would gladly stay again

It was convenient as it was close to the airport and provided shuttle service. However, the photos look better that what the hotel really looks. It doesn’t look new or modern as shown on the photos.

Our room was modern, clean, and crisp...and very spacious. The transport to and from the airport was a big bonus!

Very clean, near major shopping mall, street parking and hotel parking, secure well-lit area, and close to airport. The only two confusions if driving was whether to park in front or drive down the ramp to underground parking; if you go down the ramp by mistake and choose not stay in hotel parking they will give a key card to leave the parking area; upon trying to go through the exit gate the instructions are awful. What you have to do is get out of the car, go to a gap at the left side of the gate, put the key card into the receptacle, and the gate will open. They should replace their instructions with what I just wrote.
