Clean, gets loud at night sometimes
Service was amazing, all of them were very patient and helpful. I forgot my passport when checking out.. they realized it and texted me on what’s app right away. Fortunately I was still waiting for Uber outside. Thanks ❤️Livia ❤️for the prompt action to the situation, really can’t imagine what it would be like if the staff there didn’t react right away.. much appreciate 🇮🇹🇮🇹

Really enjoyed this hostel, lots of fellow young travellers, showers and common room nice and clean, bedrooms comfortable but could do with updating. The only thing is that there is only a microwave and not a stove, not the best for guests who want to cook their own food but overall great stay, staff were nice.

Nice entrance with a bar and music and a beautiful kitchen, with nice breakfast, the room was also great. Very easy to get to the city center.

Did not realise this was a hostel with dormitory rooms . Please make it clearer because we had to leave after one night and find a proper appointment.

When a book I saw that the written pet friendly if it's not also for share room you need to add it to your information I'm not supposed to guess it.
Second of all I called before I came and ask if it's okay cuz I have a service dog and they tell me yeah don't worry your room is ready when I arrived must I add with extremely exclusion pain cuz I'm a disabled they just kicked me out because of my dog and didn't give me any other solution really treating me like I'm nothing and denied that we have the call even though I show them on my history that I communicate for this amount of time with somebody from there hostel you don't treat disables like that leave them in this situation especially where it's nowhere to live really really mean place

Older facility but everything we needed for our stay. The 5 Euro breakfast was great. Easy to access using local transit.

Everything was pretty good. Very clean room and comfortable bed. A nice breakfast buffet for 5 Euro with great coffee.

For the price it was great location and clean. I have visited Florence many times but this was the first time staying in a hostel. Would recommend. Internet was fast and I was able to work without issue.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst place I stay on my entire 3 week Europe trip. The bathrooms were disgusting and the staff was very rude.

The staff is really lovely. It is close to a bus stop that brings you to the center. They have an area to hang around inside and outside and it is nice to have a breakfast option
