The room was clean but dated..Toilet lid wouldnt say up due to system not screwed to the wall..windows wouldnt close..Bed side table needed fixing...And other small things that soon add up..Main gripe is the noise of other residents after midnight into the small hours that wasnt addressed by the staff..

Great location , the hotel was old and in need of a renovation, but the price is low. Nice helpful man in the reception. Clean and good size of the room

Great view of the square, nicely updated room but the bathroom could use a refresh to match. Friendly and helpful staff in a great location. Parking can be tricky but overall a really good value and I would stay here again.

Its located centrally in town so expect lots of noise from kids hanging about outside. Its needs renovation. If you are on a budget or passing through for 1 night then its fine. For business or romantic getaway unless you want a divorce do not go here

The location, the square in the centre of Pau is excellent. The hotel is clean and quite adequate if not outstanding, breakfast is simple but adequate. The thermostat in the room was not working, it could have been warmer but I didn't spend much time there.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the main square, 10 minutes walk from the train station, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. They serve really good French breakfast there.

Excellent central location and good value for money! Facilities were functional, as expected for 2 star hotel. Small room with ensuite. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Very short business trip. This hotel was centrally located. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. lots of restaurants, shops, etc. and the very from the room was nice. It is an old building that is a bit worn are the seams, but otherwise just fine.
