Brown stain on shower curtain looked like poop (no photo).
Ugly window view of bird droppings and debris from clogged roof drain.

Overall the rating was good although I requested the quiet side and was placed on the highway side. Asked for quiet floor upper and ended up with floor that had kids running up and down hallways.

Over a seven night stay, we received housekeeping only twice. Front desk woman was rude when asked twice about why we weren’t receiving service.

The staff made this place. We had our three children with us and they made sure we they ate free whenever we decided dine in the restaurant (which had decent food). We would stay here again.

The first room had a sewage smell, stains on bedspread and curtains. The 2nd room was better but in well used condition. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Beds were okay.

Very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly. They do not have breakfast there as they have a restaurant on site Which was a bummer. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing they need to improve on, is the stairwell could’ve used some vacuuming. But I would highly recommend this place.

it was too close to the freeway and the noise level was high

The pool / hot tub areas was soaking wet and very slippery even with shoes on. No towels were available in the pool / hot tub areas. The phone in the pool area doesn’t work so you have to go out to the front desk to ask the employees to do their jobs. Having 1 desk person on a busy summer weekend is ridiculous. They need help since they are responsible for the entire property.

The check-in person was nice and efficient, but did not explain the $20 dollar charge to my credit card. Is always best to be informed as to why the charge!
