We had a 12-hr overnight layover and booked this airport hotel at the last minute. It is so cute, modern and super clean; everything was well thought out, including how they maximized the small room to make it still feel spacious. The hallway is decorated to look like runway! ✈️

This was my second time staying. Very very comfortable for anyone arriving to Haneda airport after a long flight and recovering from jet lag. The second floor has a complex that consists of shops, drug store and another has small packaged food to take back to room. The breakfast buffet is the best! So delicious and very satisfying

Very close to the airport, take the train. The hotel is exactly next for to the station on the right once you exit the station. The hotel is extremely clean and neat, almost as if it’s brand new. Very fresh and inviting. The staff was friendly friendly friendly. I never smelled smoke. I felt 100% safe. They even printed me out directions on how to ride the train to my next hotel. Booking this hotel is a perfect choice, I PROMISE! Oh and the food was delicious. However if you want a well done steak don’t order it from their restaurant. It was well seasoned but never cooked to my perfection as far as well done. I sent it back 3 times and it kept coming back slightly red and pink. I refused to send it back a 4th time. I cut around the edges and ate what I could. Breakfast was outstanding! Can’t wait to come back.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. They offered early check-in at 1500 yens per hour before 3 PM, which was reasonable. The hotel offer free hotel shuttle; however, it's much easier to take the train, which is located at the bottom of the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a sleep before/after a flight. We were flying back to the UK and had a layover in HANEDA airport. Hotel is super convenient just a couple stops on the subway. Nice room, good laundry room, amazing views from the roooftop, and tasty breakfast

The staff are super welcoming and can not do enough for you. From entering to leaving.
And this is comparing to the rest of Japanese hosts who you thought were 11/10.
The place is immaculate. The bed is super comfortable.

Fantastic hotel! Excellent room, great location. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was well-designed and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. My only gripe is that the air-conditioning was a little weak.
