Privately own and operated guest house / hotel. Modern and for Cuban standards could pass as upscaled. My room however was very small and much smaller than expected from the property pictures and did not have any windows. It was also very close to the lobby door, so guests returning late and knocking to a door so the staff could let them in, unfortunately where waking me up. Unfortunately unlike a real hotel so in the area with own power generators, this property is not immune to power blackouts.

We had a room juste close to the street and it was not very easy to find the sleep. I chose this establishment because i thought it would be quiet and that was not the case. However, the staff was absolutely very nice and helpful and the rooms are clean.

The fact that is one of the cleanest small hotels. I arrived at midnight and Igor the receptionist was waiting for me at a gated entrance and was very helpful. Transportation was made available even at 5am. The location is in old Havana and walking distance to the seashore and Malecón. The property areas around are not well kept as the Merced Luxury Boutique Hotel.

Lovely place with super helpful and friendly staff. Especially appreciated the staffs’ help in currently exchange and information on the city. Great WiFi too which is quite rare for Cuba. Great facilities, condition and cleanliness.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for a clean, well maintained affordable rooms to stay in Havana. Just 5mins walk to the capitol where you can enjoy, explore the area lots of dinning options and tours.

The hosts of this property are the most remarkable people. Always available, helpful, proactive, and totally approachable. They are what made our stay so worthwhile. Additionally the property is located well within the reach of Prada, Malecon, and Old Havana.
