Pool is nonoperational (green/brown) no sign out front on big pole, sidewalks are busted up and unsafe. Community around the hotel is extremely unsafe. Homeless people camping on empty buildings, man passed out on sidewalk across the street. Not safe for families. TV didn’t work. Toilet needed to be cleaned. Just don’t go

There was no sign of hotel anywhere so to identify location was not easy. The check-in was delayed by 15 minutes due to system not working. There was incent being used at lobby that was so strong that it triggered my sinus...it seemed that maybe I was allergic to the chemical of that incent. The towels were so thin and non-absorbant that did not do the drying.

A hour after check-in, the hotel list power. 88 degree outside. No refund or any compensation was offered, we had to go check into a hotel

Laarge hole for sewer on drive. Car fell in and broke air dam on front. Holehadno markings and could not be seen

This place was Nasty all the photos that they have posted are not accurate by any means the breakfast was three choices of stale as cereal coffee basic ass bread and muffins that were repackaged it was definitely not a breakfast and the pool was a freaking swamp they said they're going to be fixing that no they're not that's not happening anytime soon you can tell so freaking gross even had a roach on my pillow come at me when I put my head down I stole a freaking room I jumped up stopped it and I don't know where it ended up until later the next day when I was putting my shoes on and it was on the leg of the desk pictures will be included with this absolutely disgusting I'm going to try and get my money back unfortunately there was a convention so everything was pretty much booked so had to suck it up buttercup and deal with it

very clean! quiet, good area with stores around & again…clean! it was cheap for being so nice and CLEAN! (sorry i’ve had some dirty rooms lately so it being clean was great lol)

Good price for a stopover stay. Staff was a bit pushy when we were checking out. We were making trips to our car at 11AM and they knocked on the door to remind us about check out.

Towels were threadbare and stained. No art on walls; just hooks. No breakfast. No sign outside telling which hotel it was. Staff friendly.
