stayed last weekend and was great. this weekend was horrible

shower didn’t work and bathroom door would not shut

I stay here every time I go to Jackson I'm a Marriot member but sometimes they don't have the best deal so I go through bookings this is my home away from home From day one when I first discovered this location I can smell the bleach in the sheets to this day I still smell the bleach in the sheets they are so clean the rooms are gorgeous this is again like I said my go-to place in Jackson my home away from home

As stated above the property is clean very well. security driving by every five minutes I’ve never been there around the Christmas holidays but they have decorated just as beautiful as it is all year round the Christmas decorations were gorgeous love it loves it love it

If u are out NOT from MiSSISSIPPI and don’t car for baths or showers DONT BOOK HERE ! !!!!!!!!Horrible customer service .I checked into this hotel because of the good location and it offered a stove to cooked my thanksgiving meal . Ran the bath water to wash up and it’s green. The front desk lady said oh it’s fine just run it until its clear . I ran it for 2 hrs straight still green . So I went to bed without a bath .400$ and can’t even take a bath or brush my teeth. Had to use a bottle of water out my car to brush my teeth . The next morning, Asked the manager the manager for water or accommodations and she said I can leave if I’m uncomfortable with the green water . Unprofessional! . She only offered two bottles of water and there where NO signs of any water alerts upon booking or mentioned at check in . If u are from another city PLEASE do not book here . They don’t tell you that upon booking about there water !And that u only pay to sleep not bath and brush your teeth . No note was given about the water upon booking or checking in . Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else .
