Very convenient if travelling by train as only a few minutes walk from station.
Breakfast had large selection of hot and cold food and a cooking station for omlettes, etc to be made to order.
Pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna suite.

Would be nice to get better quality wine as a VIP perk. Unfortunately, we couldn’t drink it after the first sip, even though we like the type of wine provided: pinot noir

The 101 is very very noisy from am 5.30 about the workers. Spa was crowded,no bed around the pool,it is problem because we were with a baby.
The breakfast good,but the most waitress do not speak English and the service very slow,every morning we had to wait 20-30minutes for a food. The hotel was fully booked…

The decor of the hotel was stunning. Set in a park like setting. Service was top notch! I wish I would give it more then 5 Stars!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in Zakopane in the centre. The hotel is very close to the main train station and tourist area with restaurants and shopping. Perfect for a short or long stay as they also have spa facilities that you can use. Super clean and big comfortable bed was a bonus. Will be back!
