Not so good . Hotel is in terrible condition pool was down . Cable was down and got moved to another room .

Pool is closed - Hotel needs a major Makeover - sad because it's in the best part of the Harbor. Stay at the sister hotel down the street.

I thought I was staying in a hotel. NOT a motel!

I had to check-in other location(sister hotel) but they are nice and kind. This inn is close to main street and also grocery, so very convenient to stay there. But, the outside pool needs to be managed so that the ducks cannot enjoy swimming there!!

Just overall fantastic

The bathroom was small. The room itself was nice size but we saw several bugs crawling around.

Taken over by another entity that does not have its act together as yet. Had to check in at one property and find my way to the other property that was not staffed. TV list had limited accuracy to what a channel offered. Thin walls so quite noisy.

DONT BE FOOLED! When booking, all these photos are NOT at this hotel, Had to check in, go to pool/hot tub all down the street. People down at the other hotel WERE RUDE! When I explanied that the photos on website sould match - she stated it did - i showed her it didnt and I was given a bigger attitude - asked at check in if hot tub was open she said yes - 2 hrs later - same hotel - different staff - met with attitude because I wanted to use it. Room itself and location NOT BAD AT ALL! Its the employees!! Need to have seminars on how to provide better Customer service.

Close to the ferry. Lovely view of the harbor and good seating for the fireworks.

A bit humide when we first came in. AC help to get rid of that after turning it on. Its a real tease to check in at their sister property who is also way more nicer.. but over its was fine.

Comfy bed. Spacious room right beside the harbour. Handy to the main street. My only issue was the toilet didn't flush that well!

So we're torn. We stayed here so we could get an early ferry to Nantucket and the location was great for that. But it looks like the hotel has been acquired by another one down the street so we had to walk down the street to check in. So not really convenient. And the room was fine but could use some sprucing up - the bathroom especially. Having said all that, we'd stay here again if we're going out to Nantucket.

The property is close to the Hy-Line ferry to Nantucket and within walking distance to the Steamship Authority ferry to Nantucket.

We were quoted a rate, but when we got to the hotel they added significant costs for no reason and were rude when we questoned.

The room has an odor of dirty smelly feet. Toilet doesn’t flush. AC is broken. TV remote doesn’t work. The only light in the room is nearly as bright as the sun and fit for a police interrogation. Towels are filthy. Looks like sheets were not changed. No pressure in the shower. We have never been so disappointed.

Pool was very unattractive, but liked everything else

Was right across Hyannis Harbor. Very convenient. It looks like they are rehabing it.

The room was fine. The toilet needed to be replaced. The door was uneven and needed to have the hinges fixed. The outside needed some curb appeal. It needs work

The bath tub water backup, i did not like that. Because they didn't fix after their last guests

The toliet just kept running, the wifi was extremely slow, the tv had no working channels and the air conditioner wasn't running cool.

The toilet ran all night, off and on. The sink faucet leaked constantly, There is no office on the property that was open,

Did not like check in service. Very unhelpful and unpleasant.

First off, the staff was awesome. They actually gave us an upgrade from the first room that was assigned to us in error. The only issue was that the property seemed in need of maintenance. The balcony floor on the front 2nd level was in need of obvious cosmetic repairs, and the room was dated. The door was sticking in it's warped frame and you had to pull with a lot of force to open it after unlocking. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and paid much too much for this room, but it is in an area convenient to walking to Main Street and the restaurants in the bay. We ate at Spanky's Clam Shack across the street. It was a little pricey, but the food was awesome! We would definitely come back to the area, but would probably choose somewhere else to stay. But, again, the staff we interacted with here was great!

For some reason, we were located to a different location that is basically an old motor court motel and we were the only ones there. I don't recall booking this property. Not what I saw in the photos. No services, no working front desk phone. I just do not understand why we were not given a room where we checked in, they were not full.

Yes we booked the ocean inn but we were moved to the sister hotel harbor view so this is based on that location. The hotel was beautiful, clean bright and looked recently renovated. No restaurant was open but a lovely cafe across the street.

We got upgraded not sure why but stayed at a sister hotel just down the street. In October not too busy
