This apartment was beautiful, with excellent views and comfortable beds. The only complaint that I have is all pf the homeless people in the surrounding area.

Upon checking into our unit we could not do so until we paid the security deposit online. When paying the security deposit we coils not get it to go through the first time when we paid it so we had to do it again. I took my wife to Dallas for her 50th birthday. I was unaware that the company took the security deposit of $200 from my account not once but twice, it was also a charge from GUEST365 for 6.17 for liquor they also took $200 from my accounts. This definitely left me very frustrated and feeling upset because I was going to be 200 short of funds for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. When arriving to the unit the young man with the face piercing did not greet us and was not friendly. They also said they lost the phone so we would have to come down everytime and wait for our vehicle. When arriving inside they have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist with getting to your unit so we had to take multiple trips to get to our room. When I noticed I’d been over charged it was NO POSSOBLE WAY to get ahold of our host. The host name was Grace but it kept saying the hosts was Brandon when we went to contact our host. So some of the adventures that I wanted to take my wife on I could not because an extra 200 came out my account. It was also several guys hanging out inside the lobby the first night we were there. On Thursday morning September 26, our air stopped working so we had to buy a fan in order to get a good nights rest. It did not start working again.

The apartment itself was very nice … but smelt strongly of marijuana along with rest of the building.. the neighborhood was the main down fall… several homeless people and there were always people standing around the entrance smoking.. it is walkable to the farmers market and a few downtown attractions but nothing right next to it… and would not want to walk neighborhood at night. the valet parking was nice just have to overlook the set up.. scary black plastic tent… worried at first but they took great care of car were quick and polite. Nice big apartment would be great for families or groups.. just wish neighborhood was a little better.. also host was great and quick to answer questions

The stay wasn’t bad but I was unaware of the area in which it’s located not being very kid friendly. The process to drop your car off at the valet and get to the room was a bit annoying as well and complicated at check in. Lots of homeless people around the building as well, not the end of the world but something I didn’t see in any reviews.
