The location near O'Hare airport was great for picking up and dropping off at the airport. The breakfast bar was very well stocked with many options, including omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, cereals, oatmeal, and a great coffee machine. The room was clean, but you must request maid service if you want it reset. Parking is $20.00 a day on top of your room rate. Also, the TV in the room shows an option to cast from your device but it doesn't work which is a shame cause the TV channel selection was mediocre. I overheard another family asking about it at the desk, the same as I did. Suggestion to Holiday Inn: if you have a TV that offers casting from a device, install the equipment on the TV that will allow it. I dock hotel 1.5 for the parking fee and the inability to use an option that appears to be available. One more thing, it is near an interstate and our room faced this but it was barely audible especially if the room fan is turned on.

Staff was very attentive. Check the in was a breeze. When there was a problem or issue, staff came and responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again in the near future. Thank you guys.

Great experience with this newly built hotel, however, the per day parking, and the fact that room cleaning had to be requested 24 hours prior, came as a surprise. Wish these were clearly mentioned while booking through Hotels.com. We had to clear the trash myself during my 4 day stay, and use the same bathroom towels

Perfect place other than the fact there's no shuttle to/from airport and charge $20 for parking although there were plenty spots.

The room i stayed in had bedbugs. I bites on my arm and back. I noticed red bumps on my arm & back Sunday afternoon and they were starting to itch. Never had bites from bedbugs in my life. I called the hotel Tusday morning to let them know, they send me to the voicemail of the general manager and as of Wednesday afternoon they have not called back. Do not recommend

We stayed here due to the proximity to the concert venue, and everything was perfect! Very nice room, walking distance to some food options after the show, etc. we’d stay here again!

Great hotel and a good location for concerts at allstate. It's a quick walk and still kinda far from the crowds. Lots of walkable food options and a walkable target.
