The hotel was very nice, clean, the staff was helpful and the food was good.

Hotel was right on the riverfront overlooking the main Old Quarter. Super luxurious with great shower and bathtub. Minibar was free (basic) and replenished daily which was a thoughtful touch. Only drawback was the walk into town across the bridge with a very narrow footpath.

We loved this hotel for its view of the Ancient Town & river. Super beautiful design, friendly staff and great breakfast! BUT not all rooms have a river view which is why we booked it to begin with. AND the bed isn’t up to 5 star standards in my opinion - very hard & pillows weren’t nice. There was also a very narrow & busy bridge to navigate on your way over to the main town centre which we found inconvenient with 2 little kids and just a narrow ‘footpath’ Otherwise, we love this hotel and would absolutely stay again but would upgrade to a river view room

Good location, walking distance ( less than 10 minutes) to the market and city center. Staffs are friendly and efficient, room is clean, bed is comfortable, nice breakfast is a plus as well.

Absolutely superb. Great location- 5 min walk to old town and fabulous room. Staff super attentive and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend this hotel for future visits to Hoi an.

Bay Resort is in a great location , a short walk to the old town and great views of the boats and lanterns from its quiet riverside location. Check in and front office were very professional , ordering taxis and advising on best places to visit . Rooms are really clean , well serviced and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was very nice .

I reviewed tons of hotels before choosing this one and it was so far the best choice. My room looed over the canal to the night market. The hotel is just over a bride which is less than ten minutes away from the night market. The location was outstanding. I travelled solo and wen out every evening and felt extremely safe. I booked a lot of trips, all of the meeting points were close to the hotel. If I went back to Hoi An, I would have to stay in this hotel and I would want the same room (301). The breakfast was great, which I woke up for every morning ;o)

Bay Resort met our expectations and more. Beautiful location and the staff are amazing, great buffet breakfast and nice pool too. The property is on the river so you can watch the boat show from the pool bar and avoid the crowds. Rooms are really nice and great bathrooms/shower. Highly recommend.

Very nice resort, with a very good staff. It was located in a small island just next to a bridge to the old town of Hoi An. We had a wonderful time.

WOW. We had a beautiful 4 nights here, and cannot fault them at all. The grounds are stunning, expansive and private. You're only a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the old town, close enough to feel connected but far enough to relax away from the hustle and bustle. There are easy amenities nearby and onsite if you need anything. Our room was spotless, well appointed and modern, you can see they've put so much thought into this fit out. We enjoyed spending time at the pool every day which was lovely and modern, clean, and there are plenty of spaces to laze around all day. The food was great not only at breakfast but also by the pool and in-room. Also have to mention each of the staff we encountered were lovely and warm, helpful, happy to go out of their way for us. Overall we cannot wait to return to beautiful Hoi An and stay here at the Bay Resort again!

The hotel made an extra effort to make our birthday and anniversary celebration special from decorations in our room to a discount on bar food and spa. They were very accommodating when we were late for breakfast and helped us to bring the food to our room. The hotel has free bicycles for guests and a shuttle across the bridge. The room was very spacious and clean, the only complaint was that the pillows were a bit soft. Will definitely recommend staying here to family and friends!
