It was the best stay . Staff at 71 very nice and welcoming. Friend front desk at 62 . The 62 restaurant well trained and professional. Lovely people. Hotel is highly clean . Service is very excellent. I will always stay there . Thanks to all staff and managers.

good hotel but it is not so accommodating on my request of canceling due to client's change in schedule. I booked the hotel and next day need to change but they do not let us change. In the end our company has to let another person stay at the hotel. And the client need to book for another period for the month but i will not book here as it is not very flexible in letting us make changes.

I have been booking this hotel for my clients and colleagues.
Today I made a mistake in booking as clients want to change flight day. I did book with a mistake of non refundable. But I thought as a loyal customer they can refund without cancelation fee. However, they refused. I booked on Friday and asked on Friday night. They still refuse. I think this is very unethical and with no mercy.

We especially like the hotel breakfast got many food varity with quality! The area is full of nice Korean restaurants which make you feel like in Seoul! Location wise is roughly 30 mins to all major tourist attractions in City

We got what we expected: 5 star facilities, amenities and service! The staff, all of them, were the best. One door person actually stood in the rain for 10-15 mins. trying to get us a taxi. We loved our stay. The breakfast buffet was the best we had anywhere in Vietnam!
