The rooms are quite spacious and nice. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfast brought to your room in the morning was icing on the cake.

White Concept Caves was perfect for our stay. It is just far enough from the city center that you are not kept up at night by the noise, but close enough where you can pop in and out as you wish. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The concierge was so helpful in booking our transfers to/from airport/port and to dinners in destinations outside of Fira. The jacuzzi outside the room is very fun and the pool is pristine. Breakfast was delicious every morning and delivered to the room. Really a great stay.

Well maintained property. Breakfast brought to room each morning which is a. Ice touch. Close to Fira Downtown. Major downside is noise…spring break parties till midnight, jacuzzi pumps going off every 30 minutes, property doors slamming, etc. The amount of sleep you get is inversely proportional to the super high price per night you pay. Also there is zero view other than your neighbor….there are tons of properties around with ocean view.

Staying in a cave room was a highlight of our trip! Our large room slept four grown adults well and still offered extra room for lounging. The mattresses and linens were high quality. Having an exterior place to lounge alongside our hot tub offered great memories. We especially appreciated the infinity pool for morning reading. Location was perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and offered something for everyone. We could walk five minutes to all the activity and walk back to the room if it got hot. We LOVED our stay! Elpida was a huge asset and made sure all our needs were met.

Breakfast was great, most of the staff were friendly except for the lady who checks guests in. The swimming pool that is accessible by hotel guests is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The private whirl pool in front of our unit was not kept well in fact we found many dead bugs in it when we checked in. We did not use the whirlpool at all during our stay because it was so filthy. Location wise, it quite far from the tourist center. Do not trust the estimated time shown on google map as it will take longer since you have to walk up hill and it is by no means it’s a “gentle hill:

Pros: excellent service, friendly staff, cool concept, clean, serves the best breakfast out of all the hotels we've stayed at. Cons: a little too modern and really brightly lit, bed and pillows a little too firm.

The hotel was beautiful and they really took care of us, between the great room and helping us find things to do around Santorini. It was a great location too! The only thing we had a problem with was a miscommunication about transportation (but fixed really quickly!).

All of them were fantastic and provided very helpful suggestions (from where to buy local wine to where to eat and go). We also got a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes walking from the Fira bus station. Breakfast is included. There is an order form for the guests to choose breakfast items each night and breakfast is delivered to the room next morning. Plenty of options on the menu. Good quality food. Our friends checked in a week later and they also loved it! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and the staff was amazing. The rooms we’re beautiful with exceptional service. The manager and all staff were very welcoming. I would highly recommend this for your stay.

Brilliant place to stay, so clean and friendly. Only a 5 min walk to all the sunset views over the caldera.
