I expected a much nicer hotel room seemed subpar for the $2000 stay. My door to the balcony did not lock properly.
My husband did throw up in the bathroom and Antonio cleaned it up right away. It was at 11:30 pm. Thank you Antonio you were a lifesaver .

They are excellent in everything, the cleaning (everywhere... rooms, shared spaces, front desk, restrooms, the restaurants.. all), the helpful, the kindness and the hotel in general smells really good (thank you for the no smoking policy,please never change it).

It was a gorgeous and relaxing respite after a busy and fun day at Disneyland. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Our daughter immediately sunk into the comfortable pillows and covers of the bed and went right to sleep. Short walk to the part. Delicious restaurants on site. Loved having the extra availability of the lobby bar for later in the evening. Highly recommend!

Our room had trash that had not been cleaned from previous guest. We requested for a baby crib to be ready when we arrive and they forgot. Our in-room breakfast order was wrong so we had to wait for some items making our food cold
