What a beautiful hotel in Hoi An! Our family loved staying here and would recommend staying again. The staff were so friendly and polite, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Mr. Dolphin who made sure to greet us each day, remembering our names and making us feel like special guests. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff and service was beyond fantastic and helpful. They helped organize private tours to Ba Na Hills and marble mountain/lady Buddha for such a great price. Beautiful scenery and the pool was so relaxing. A MUST stay in Hoi An!!! Will absolutely be back ☺️

Great convenient location, especially with the free shuttles available to guests. The staff were so responsive via WhatsApp when it came to assisting with scheduling activities or private transportation.

We stayed at this hotel for six days and enjoyed to facilities and the good friendly nature of the staff. Every aspect of the experience was good and we have no negative comments to add.

I would absolutely stay at Anio again. The hotel is clean and new. The pool and breakfast are amazing. They have a free shuttle into the old town or to the beach. When we decided to take a grab to the old town instead it was under $2. Because it’s not right in the old town it was nice and quiet. The employees at Anio are all so helpful and kind. Snow, Dolphin, Phoebe were all especially welcoming. They also offer private transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend.

Hotel was great! Staff were even better. The room has some wear and tear but so minor it didn't impact our stay. The staff really try to create a memorable stay for you. Thank you to all of them for being so great and making our last few days in Vietnam unforgettable!

Staff were amazing at this property. Very helpful, friendly and eager to ensure you were taken care of. From check in we had a thorough introduction to the local area and recommendations for places to visit. Very useful was a transfer service to the main town area which is otherwise a 20 minute walk or a roughly 50k VND taxi. Sadly a few things about the property we didn’t like. Firstly it didn’t appear well sound insulated. You could hear the maid trolleys in the corridor. And secondly, the shower setup was not ideal. The shower was a rain head above the bath in its own cubicle. However with steps up to the bath and nothings to stop the water from splashing onto the steps you had to be very careful getting in and out. If you’re slightly infirm I would take a look at the room pictures and make an informed choice. However the rest of the amenities in the room were very good. Particularly the air conditioning which was excellent and when used with the ceiling fan it kept the room nicely cool. Overall I would recommend this hotel and consider staying again.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady who checked us in and out. We were given lots of great recommendations from where to eat to tailors shoemakers and sights to visit. The pool is clean with plenty of towels. The whole facility is very well cared for and staff very helpful.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And breakfast is amazing - with both western and asian offerings.
