Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day. Dry cleaning and laundry was folded and put away when done. Every door held, bag carried, service more than just smiles.
Rooms were eco friendly, bamboo toothbrush and combs. Main power shuts off when leaving room, reminders/ suggestion to reuse towels, but towels were replaced anyways.
On top of all this the rooms, spa and food are great as well.

It is a great property, closer to the airport. Really clean and incredible service, great restaurant where I had a sumptuous dinner buffer. Priya, the concierge ensured that our stay was great.

My stay at The Leela was exceptional. My wife and I were spending a 3 night stay. It was my wife's birthday. Special thanks to Tithi and Subhashree who went out of their way to look after us in terms of organizing a cake and some special moments for us. They are truly genuine customer service providers and I would like to thank them for such an exceptional experience. I would love to be back and stay there again. The spa was lovely n the rooms very spacious. The service at Falak was very good. The check in process was functional but not friendly. However the airport transfer was well organised n the driver Gajender very helpful.

The staff and service in this hotel is very good. Main dining and two speciality restaurants are good but their lobby coffe shop and options not good. Laundry service excellent.
