Cute little hotel, my complaint. Checkout is 11:00, so my daughter and I were finishing up getting ready a little after 10:00 when there was a knock at the door. I yelled hello because we were packing and getting ready so we could get checked out. Next thing I know there is a card being swiped to enter our room. We had know idea who it was, freaked me out because it was just my daughter and myself. I sprinted to the door as it was opening and said HELLO…. Then I got Oh, sorry! That was my disappointment. Breakfast was good and the lobby is cute. Evening staff is very pleasant. For the management our room was on the third floor #306 on 12-7 check out 12-8.Staff,I hope will be spoken to about this incident because that was an issue. No mom and daughter wants this issue.

My family has stayed here many times over the years. Things have changed. I don't know if I'll be back. Not as friendly, or helpful. Heat not working, and stuck blowing very cold air on Dec 4th. I had to get fussy to get this taken care of. Once the maintenance man was there, he was nice and took care of the problem. Obviously they have gotten new mattresses... and not very comfortable ones, might as well have been sleeping on the hard floor. The breakfast has changed, and wasn't up to snuff. This use to be such a wonderful, inviting, friendly place, with a great breakfast to boast about. I was really disappointed.

The property is centrally located and clean.The breakfast was good. The beds were hard and the pillows were very small. The property was fully booked our last night and we didn’t have hot water our last morning.

I have stayed here several times now and have been pleased. Great amenities for the price point. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast option were good. Didn't use the pool this time but that is always a plus.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Carriage House. My only thing was wishing for a softer bed. Everything else was very nice. I especially noticed the floor was warm on my bare feet while in our room. Our room was clean and had a pleasant smell which was also very nice.
Breakfast was satisfying as well. We liked the sausage links better than the patties though. Lol

Very comfortable hotel. If you need an elevator not sure one is available. Centrally located and very clean. Breakfast was good. We’d stay here again if coming back to Branson.

Not sure I'd do a long trip the beds were extremely firm and the dispensers for soap and shampoo were empty in the shower. The one at the sink was either clogged or just didn't work very well. Breakfast was normal run of the mill hotel free breakfast and served the purpose. It was in a good location and easy to get to.

They have no information about the food they serve for breakfast for people with food allergies and worse than that was the attitude I was met with when approaching the subject. I travel with my young son a lot and have never had such an awful response when asking about what food wont cause him to go to the hospital. I asked to see the nutritional information as always at a hotel which is normally no issue at all and we are usually able to eat there. Immediately after asking here, I was met with a defensive, uncaring attitude, I was just in disbelief over how uncaring and rude they were. We learned our lesson staying at a mom and pop motel. The place itself was mediocre at best, indoor pool had broken glass panel to building and water was freezing, room was decently clean. My child did not enjoy staying there at all and asked to stay at the better place next time.

For the price, this was a terrific stay! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was phenomenal and the attendant did a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. The indoor pool is in a separate building and it was unbearably hot in the building because the windows don’t open but other than that, no complaints. We were very happy with our stay!

Ihe Carriage House was a great place to stay. It was close to attractions, restaurants and was located in a quiet area. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good.

The pool was alot better this time. It seemed cleaner. I had an issue with my air conditioner upon check in and I reported it to the front desk. Maintenance came within minutes and switched my a/c unit out. It was kind of a big job but he did it with a smile. I so appreciated it and I slept very well after that. Customer service was great! Made me want to be a return customer.

This was a really nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Our two teenagers really loved it! We came to Branson for a family vacation and chose this place when our typical hotel we have stayed at in the past had made some changes and the pool was no longer available. This is going to be our new place to stay at moving forward! Very nice hotel!

Great room with bc comfortable bed and linens. We had a jetted tub room. Bathroom was nice other than the tub/shower. It was clean but leaked constantly.
