Absolutely amazing place. There’s nothing more to be said from the amenities, luxury, friendliness of the staff, adjacent to the water park, views (on the palm side). Absolutely 10/10.

Everything is fine!!!
But you need to improve the following:
1. Cucumbers must be fresh for breakfast! They are always better for you. I have breakfast at your place regularly, and always the cucumbers are not quite fresh;
2. the water pressure in the tap in the bath in the wash basins should be stronger;
3. There are not enough electrical outlets in the room.

The service stood out for us - all the staff we met discharging their duties flawlessly. From Messi at front of desk who welcomed us, to our Butler, Ziya who looked after us during our stay and the wonderful staff in the Royal Sea Lounge and Gatronomy - all made our stay a delightful experience for which we are thankful.
