The sheets were so threadbare and rough that I got friction blisters on the back of both my elbows from laying in bed.

I LOVED staying at this property, I was so curious because Virgin Airlines is amazing, so I was intrigued. The atmosphere is unique, with decor being the highlight. Customer service from the front desk to the restaurant to the valet was also outstanding. I will be back for sure!!

Love this place! Hip, clean, spacious rooms, fun bar/lounge, great gym, etc. Would return in a heartbeat. Service was impeccable. Shout out to Griffin and Jeremy along with all of the bar staff, front desk, doormen, etc. Only slight downside is that it’s not super walkable to amenities nearby. We used the courtesy vehicle which was great. I’ll be back again to this wonderful hotel. Appreciate the hospitality!

I stopped for the night in Dallas and stayed at this hotel. I would absolutely stay again at this property. The staff was wonderful. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were beautiful as was the whole hotel. I also love that my fur baby was welcome and I didn’t have to pay a pet fee. I will definitely be back the next time I pass through Dallas.

It’s def not for families. The place had horrible coffee downstairs
The food was below mid
We had several requests and nothing was done right away.
They did not allow a late checkout and were not accomadating at all
I didn’t like the demeanor of the front desk staff
They didn’t have vegetarian options to eat. Def not worth my money. Icky carpet and floors pretty disgusting. The decor was nice

The lighting was a bit tricky and it took a little bit to figure out. Staff was amazing and we loved having the house car to help us get around. Great stay!

Good stay this is our second time, get pool chairs early and I had a dining credit that wasn’t applied to my bill but it is what it is. Very vibey spot.

Last two stays the shower heads are awful and leak so much and not truly adjustable and this stay the wall was rotting by the shower. Mattress was worn out and not comfortable. Easy fixes and hope you take the time to do them.
