Every employee was kind and knowledgeable. Rick at the front desk was very helpful at check in. The hotel was a short distance to downtown Ft Myers, a 15 minute walk or $6.00 Uber ride. The pool courtyard was also very pleasant.

We booked there because of restaurant in hotel ans was super clean online. Smelled like cigarettes, had to change rooms due to toilet over flowing & area was not clean

They state restaurant and bar with room service. There is not a bar. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. There is not room service.

I originally booked a two night pet friendly, because their website says they offer free breakfast and room service (they didn’t have breakfast and the restaurant did not deliver). So I ordered something from Grubhub.
On the upside, the room was clean asv was the rest of the property. Also, the staff was very accommodating.

I never used the reservations, and would like a refund, the hotel said that you guys have the funds they don't, but you guys are saying you need to call the hotel to get it approved. So would like to know what's really going on.

Great service and clean hotel but the noise coming from contractors staying in the hotel at the back parking lot, people drinking and talking loud was until 1 am and started back 6am.

I’ve been here for a while. It seems as though the cleaning people do whatever they want. It’s sad I have to ask for my room to be cleaned. But one of the cleaning lady’s came and knocked on the door for no reason then never came and cleaned the room this is day three since this incident. I asked the front desk yesterday the cleaning lady’s were here past 3 pm. I was gone came back and no one cleaned the room. How completely disrespectful. Trash overflowing. I’m sick of asking people to do there jobs. So soon enough I’ll be leaving also. What a garbage place to call Holiday Inn.

I just came from another Hotel that did not treat me right and Hotels.com and Holiday Inn put me up in a room and made me feel much better for the night.

You ask them to clean the room sometimes they clean it sometimes they don’t even come to the door. For being here almost three months I’m surprised how the front desk says they’ll ask them to clean then they don’t show up. Or how they come in see the blankets and sheets need to be changed and they will make the bed with the same dirty sheets. Not the Holiday Inn it once was.
