I’ll caveat that this was for a business trip. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are great. However, I would not recommend this hotel for business travel. The WiFi is terrible, making basic work functions difficult. The noise from traffic went all night and was so loud that even with earplugs I did not sleep much. And checking in took nearly 1 hour due to a change in my schedule and the need to add an extra night.

Request for housekeeping but towels were not changed and no replacement of used shower cap. Housekeeper don’t even care to replace to a new toiletries. Too bad. Slow services.

Still grand and beautiful, but the fittings in the rooms shows signs of aging, the shower floor is ponding and leaks out to the main toilet area, the bathtub was not secured down, the bed was creaking with tired mattress and the sofa was stained and beaten up. My room 1202 is facing the highway and train tracks, thus was noisy every other minute with a combination of road and train noises. Do avoid this room unless double glazed window panes are fitted. The breakfast was bad, food overcooked (read "hard"), coffee dispensers still a bottleneck, range of food is uninspiring for this establishment.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. I’ve been to lots of places internationally, so far this is the best experience I had with a hotel. Excellent services and they try their best to accommodate to our requests. Friendly staffs too. Will recommend staying here to others also

Staff were excellent and rooms nice and large. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Would definitely go back if visting KL again. The beds are a tiny bit hard but everthing else was superb.
