This property was lovely. The staff was very accommodating of our late checkin as well as needing to hold some of our luggage while traveling to Sapa. They even went out of their way to add a night due to the typhoon coming in and then helped us arrange transportation when our flights out were changed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. I don’t have any pictures to add but all I can say is that the photos already online are accurate and the property is beautiful. We will definitely want to stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to visit Hanoi again.

The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. We enjoyed it so much that we booked an additional 2 nights! Overall, JM Marvel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking high-quality service and amenities. Really recommended! But what makes this hotel truly amazing is the team that works here - from the front desk/reception to housekeeping to the restaurant/bar, everyone was so kind, friendly, helpful, and genuine. Thom and Dave from the front desk/reception were impeccable! Always making sure we were taken care of, remembering so many details, and always giving us the best recommendations making our time in Hanoi so memorable. We will absolutely be back :)

Beautiful hotel in very central location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. The staff member are super friendly. Even though the location in right in the middle of the Old Quarter, our hotel room is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel!

The JM Marvel is such a beautiful place to come into from the busy Hanoi streets. You are greeted and treated like family. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast with many choices and access to the pool at a neighbouring hotel. This hotel is a gem!! 10/10

I'm beyond grateful for the incredible hospitality I experienced at my hotel in Vietnam. Lyan welcomed me with such warmth and truly made my day. I had to stay an extra night after missing my flight, and she went above and beyond to take care of me. She arranged a courtesy dinner and a beautiful room, showing such kindness and generosity. All the staff at this hotel were amazing; it seems like everyone is exceptional and Lyan has been trained by the best. The service was excellent. Lyan, you were an absolute angel and created one of the best memories I'll have from Vietnam. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🌟 -

Good location in old town. Treed local streets pretty but broken foot paths really just parking lots for scooters and motor bikes. Makes walking difficult. Expensive area, especially food and drink. The hotel was lovely, bed very comfortable, soft pillows. Very good breakfast, changes every day. Food in restaurant tasty. Staff professional, friendly and helpful.

Booked this on our 3 week Asia tour. This staff will go above and Beyond to make you feel welcome and be helpful while you are in the area. This is a smaller boutique hotel and the rooms may be a bit smaller and some US hotels however I think we balcony rooms are exceptionally cute The Breakfast was included with a nice selection and they cute Tiffany’s boutique and they are more than happy to schedule transportation to and from the airport on your arrival and departure. As Travler would highly recommend this hotel conveniently located in the center of it all Hanoi Old City.
