"I recently stayed at Al safwa royal archid and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, bed was not same as I booked. I booked city view they didn't provide it, and also the service was below par. Customer service was rude which is so unprofessional I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests."

Good point was location and big beds. Had to change rooms due to leak. The new room given had ne shower door and flush was not working properly so had to change room again.
Room service was very late and breakfast was very disappointing. I believe it was the leftover from previous nights dinner

Firstly ,Entrance to hotel was very confusing and hiding ,
In General everything were confusing , breakfast area , elevators,
In breakfast room the chairs very very dirty.

The hotel location is perfect from al-haram mosque however my quadrable room on the 10th floor was horrible.
First it was actually a double standard room with 2 extra beds. The facilities in the room was too limited with no view window. The bell man was far away from the hotel entrance downstairs which made me stolen by 2 bangals who told me that they belong to the hotel.
The food at the restaurants was the most awful thing anyone can ever experience. Starting from the horrible taste and ending by the lack of any variety. I guess this will be my first and last experience at this place.

The only advantage you get is the proximity to Haram.
The furniture is old, not enough towels in the toilet, no iron in the rooms, and room service is not responsive and super slow. You hear a lot of noise from nearby rooms and corridors
