Great location, clean and comfortable

This hotel was exceptional. The checkin was easy! The staff was fantastic and I couldn’t ask for kinder staff! The room we got was very clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious! It was easy for doordash to find us as well! The parking was really good as well, I can’t say it’s the greatest but it’s good compared to most of the parking in CO. Overall we also felt very safe in the hotel. This is our second stay and we really enjoy it! Also the breakfast that is free is the best park! We saved tons of money by just eating at the hotel in the morning. They had good food options as well!

5/5? Lies. I’ve had a life-shattering week, & needed a clean hotel room for 1 night. I didn’t arrive until 12:15AM & check-out is at 11. Desk staff on 10/13-14 was nice enough, but I stood at the counter waiting for them to process for 25-30 minutes even though I booked & paid online. They kept talking about pets/fees. I said N/A, I just want to sleep. I get to the room at 1 AM. I notice a loud sound & it’s an ozone machine. I call the front desk asking if it’s safe to have on & especially curious as to why it’s going. She was so rude, “ uh, we can come remove the machine if it’s an issue. It’s fine for it to be on with you in it.” I played dumb, but I have one of these on my garage. You cannot be in the room for 20-30 minutes after a cycle. It also says that on the machine. I was exhausted. I turn it off, and try to relax. The smell is horrific; mold, cigarettes & sewage combined. I had time to eat an apple, brush teeth, then I start to inspect. Beds have hair, smells of cigs. It’s 1:45-2. I don’t know if these 2 individuals just gave me a bad room since it was late & they didn’t care, even though I paid full price? I don’t know whats happened to the service industry I spent years in. Hotels in Springs have been the worst experiences I have had. I’ve lived in 10+ states, & traveled almost all + abroad. CO Spgs takes the cake of OVERPRICED, horrid conditions,& worse service. I was so done. I left. I slept in my Benz & cried the whole night. Kept my $ too.Unkind, Stay away!

I would give 10 stars if possible. The entire hotel was clean. The bed had fresh linens and there plenty of towels. The room was very quiet. The free breakfast was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. You won’t regret staying here. It is in class with far more expensive hotels.

Angel checked us in and was very pleasant and professional. She gave us a list of the times for breakfast and check out. We went to our rooms and when we walked in they were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had everything that we needed. It was large and had very good lighting. The shower worked great.

Need a bench out front. We had a very noisy family above us with a dog. Would have liked some water bottles in the frig upon arrival. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was just ok.

This is one of the best stays we have had. Everything was clean, rooms, hall ways, lobby, bar, and dining room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The onsite pizza and pasta kitchen was great and the bartenders were great.

This seems to be a new facility in an area that is in the process of being renovated. There were some homeless people across the street, but they seemed harmless. But everything else around the area was old and dingy.

Great staff- everyone smiling! Breakfast was really good with several options. Whole property was very clean. Bed super comfortable .
