The convenience of staying right in the airport when you have an early morning flight takes away so much stress. No worries about travel time or returning your rental car. You don’t even have to go outside! It’s connected to the terminal! The hotel is modern, clean and quiet.

Amazing! Easy to check in and out, staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

I visit Eastern Shore, NS few times a year from west coast. My family is hour east from the airport so I always stay the night I arrive and the night before I leave because it is so convenient being attached to the terminal. Only minor negative comment is that the property is starting to show its age and might be soon time to plan a cosmetic refresh.

We had an early morning flight and this was the perfect location. We dropped off our rental car and walked to the hotel with ease.The room was comfortable, modern and sleek. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The pizza we brought to our room from the restaurant was delicious!

Always happy with the Alt... I wish it was a touch cheaper, I'm still tempted to stay a little further afield and benefit from free parking -- but with an early morning flight, you can't beat the convenience of staying right at the airport!

After flying into Halifax just before midnight, the closeness of the hotel and preregistration on line made settling in for the night easy. Price was a little steep though for no refrigerator or way to heat water. Nexpresso coffeemakers are way overrated.

No bath tub, no decent coffee, pizza restaurant/that’s it, 2 desk employees/that’s it, hidden $100 fee, $300 for tiny room. Better off sleeping at airport.

It's new and modern hotel. You can get a nice dinner at a good italian restaurant which works up to 11 pm, swimming pul also good.

I hate the halls every time i stay here. Its a rasonable airport hotel…comfy beds clea sheets and that’s what matters. But the halls feels so dirty and unsafe and so dimly lit

Alt Halifax was good in most areas. A surprisingly good restaurant.

Great location for a short easy walk to Halifax airport, especially if flying to the US, hotel walkway and US checkin on the same floor. Nice bar and restaurant, pizza okay.

We arrived at the Hotel to check in at approximately 10pm to be told the room 'wasn't quite ready'. Couldnt quite believe that! Was told by another member of staff tthere had been a system failure so wasnt sure what to believe. Staff offered no information about breakfast, alarm calls or indeed anything. Disappointing.
