We were waiting for our luggage to be delivered and we asked the front staff if any luggage arrived. They scoffed at my son saying no and sent him away rudely. I had to pay to taxi all the way to Jeddah airport and back just to find out that our luggage arrived in the morning. When I my son to tell the front desk the young man once again rudely sent him away and I had to talk to him in the phone until he understood. We finally found our luggage no thanks to them. Absolutely horrible customer service and hospitality. Also the location is on a hill for anyone wondering so I would not recommend it for anyone who struggles to walk long distances.

The property was ckean, staff are friendly. U can always catch another hotels bus if u miss your bus, cabs are cheap too.

Issue during checking even though room was booked and paid , reception staff said that there is nothing they can do , After we called 911 to get our room, staff changed version saying that the room is occupied by other people that do not want to leave. Terrible experience.

Please provide a prayer mate and Quran in every room.
Please provide a universal electric socket in every room, to charge phones.
Rooms have electric sockets which are no compatible with phone chargers and it’s inconvenient.

No convincing for people travel and arrived tired
Need good communication Between their staffs ,also between this agent and hotel .
You need to report payments right away
We ended paid twice and we stay only one night
We request refund from Expedia
