Only criticism is that I've stayed there six or seven times now and they don't keep visitor records of returning guests! Would be nice to have a welcome back/how good to see you again given all the money I've spent there since covid... Yeah, I'm spoiled, but it's the only aspect of the guest experience that doesn't match other properties at the same price point.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was about a 5 min walk to the river and nightlife festivities, and provided a quiet relief afterwards. The pool was AMAZING, so beautiful with all the greenery surrounding it. The room was clean and great for a 2 night stay. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience! Stayed for two nights and had a remarkable time. The room is very spacious. Service is really prompt and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. The kids swam in the pool. They said it was very warm for them. Maybe that’s the only complain. My husband used their cute little gym. It’s enough for two people. It is quite dainty. The location is the best! Spa is incredible. Got absolutely spoiled! The free bike ride also adds a nice touch to our experience. Will definitely come back to this place!

One of the two rooms had a terrible wifi connection. We told the staff about this and they tried to help us serveral times. However, we still did not have internet connection in our room during our entire stay.

5 min walk to old town- such a convenient location. The staff was so kind and hospitable. Great value for a pool and complimentary breakfast too!

Do not be fooled by this hotel’s photo’s, star rating and property description. The common areas, lifts and rooms are very dated and run down. The pictures on Expedia are misleading and it’s nothing like the hotel we saw or the rooms that we were given. The furnishings bedding and towels were old and shabby and there’s a building construction site next door with constant drilling and hammering. Overall it was so disappointing that we checked out within half hour of arriving, only to be told by the receptionist that we would not get a refund for our 2 nights accommodation, paid for in advance. Very disappointing hotel and service.

Close to all the attractions and the staff are great! The swimming pool is absolutely amazing! The room is very clean and beds are comfy. Great choice of food at breakfast as well...
The only thing that stopped me giving this 100% which bothered me, the general wifi is open and unsecured, come on it's 2024. However, in their defence they did give me secured wifi with a password. There is even a great laundry service across the road.
So close to perfection, but an easy fix! I will be back....Thank you!

This hotel is such a gem. Just a stones throw from central Hoi an. The staff really is wonderful here as well. Great value for your money. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome hotel which led to an wonderful stay for us. The location is very close to old town and night market. The staff were extremely at best with their customer service. Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and outstanding service. Our VIP access was recognized from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone.
