Loved the stay, was great there, no shops close by which was great it meant we didn’t spend money. Spent most our time in the pool or just relaxing. Meeting people of all cultures is our thing we love getting to know others. Thank you so much to the people that run the holiday park. We will be very interested in any sales of home ownership in the permanent resident areas if possibly someone can keep in contact regarding this matter. Really appreciate the facilities well cleaned and appropriate. My partner help a lady with her car that had broken down helped pushed it to the side and check it over. Also helped a lady who nearly drowned, family was from Kenya I think also helped them find a retainer which was handed in to the office. Service and staff were amazing! Well maintained aged accommodation. Bust water pipe on the last day meant a shorter shower, however, staff were understanding about leave time due to this. Would highly recommend and would stay again :D

Excellent value for money, great location, will definitely be back next time I need to visit the south west. The showers are a dream, high pressure, plenty of hot water, and the facilities were immaculate. Ladies at the front counter were super friendly and helpful.

The holiday houses are a fantastic option for a family event - able to book individual accom that is literally steps away from each other.

Was overall just a beautiful park to stay at and the staff at reception were absolutely lovely online made a mistake booking the wrong dates and they managed to talk me through sorting it all out and we had a wonderful stay only problem we didn’t stay long enough haha

Very nice cabin although no public transport or ride share around. Ensure you have own transport. Highly recommended for a getaway from city life but still near the city.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, the sofa was full of stains, the floors were very dirty as we walked on them without shoes on and our feet were black. Blind leading out to balcony area was hard to open. No toilet paper on arrival had to ask for some. Pool was very dirty, had lots of bits floating in the water. Air-conditioning was in main living area but not in bedrooms so very hot at night. We were there in January. The main bed was comfortable but the second rooms bed was very cheap and not that comfortable. They also expect you to take the rubbish out to the big green bins prior to departure which is a first for us. Disappointed as we have stayed at other Tasman holiday parks and they have been awesome. Will not stay again!

Were told visitors were no permitted after they arrived, when the information sheet states visitors are permitted until 8pm and must check in at reception, the reception changed there opinion of this when challenged with there own paperwork. The residents then complained that our children in the pool were splashing and diving in the pool, however they were the only people in the pool and the residents were walking past. The staff then came out and said that they have already permitted our visitors and we should not be using the amenities in this way. The management of this park is a joke, i feel sorry for the poor reception employee, having to deal with these people on the daily. Note to Management, pull these few residents into line otherwise people will not visit your park!!
