We stayed for 2 and half weeks in Mimaru Namba North Osaka. This hotel is definitely one of the reasons that make our Japan trip the best vacation we've ever had. The location of the hotel is perfect for our city trip. It's within walking distance to tourist-crowded Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Namba and Nihonbashi shopping area is also not too far away by foot (good news for manga fans and Gundam enthusiasts). Yotsubashi subway station is very close. Three metro stops will take you to the Umeda area for shopping and food. There are a few convenience stores right next to the hotel. A big supermarket is also close-by. The area is also filled with good restaurants. We tried almost everyone of them on the street, you can't go wrong. The room is very spacious for a family. You find everything you need in the room. It's impressively clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is handy. There is washing machine and dryer in the hotel, which is important for our long stays in the summer. The hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful. Their English are excellent. They are very knowledgeable of the city and are always willing to help. Mr. Hao, Miss Ayane and my fellow-Dutchmen are especially helpful. In the room, we are missing some storage space for cloths and things. This is the only thing I can think of for our 2 and half weeks stay. I would honestly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with kids to Osaka. It will make your stay in Osaka easy and joyful. Excellent stay. Our room was spacious. We relaxed at the dining table of our room after exploring the city. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds. Everything was new and very clean. Location was within walking distance of subways, restaurants, and shopping. All the staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Fun pokemon room! Nice sized room for our family and easy to get to trains. Front desk staff were so helpful with our luggage transfer and other questions. My daughter enjoyed the games too.

We booked and stayed in the Pokémon room. Great attention to detail with the decor. Concierge services were excellent as were the communication, Definitely recommend staying here. Also very close proximity to all the things ;)

Travelled with a total of 4 pax and the room is spacious as compared to many other hotels which I have stayed in Japan. Mimaru is also within walking distance to the famed Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. There are also plenty of amenities, which make it very convenient for travellers. The staff is also friendly and service-oriented.

Our family really loved this hotel. The location wad amazing and within walking distance from a lot of great shopping and eating spots. The room was spacious and clean and the kids loved playing the games in the lobby area. We will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Osaka in the future.

While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again.

The team at the hotel was amazing and the hotel itself was faultless! My son LOVED the games in the lobby. It’s a super convenient location - close to Namba and Shinbashi stations. I would stay here again!

The property was easily walkable to all the shops/restaurants; and having a laundry facility on the premises was excellent

The toilet doesn’t have temperature control. Everything else is 5 out of 5. We really loved our stay here. The kids loved the Pokémon room and said it was their best day in life when we arrived.
