Great B&B location and property

Everything inside the property was perfect, it was awesome, clean and new (recently restored). The view is gorgeous, in front of the carousel and the best restaurants of Florence. Also the owner recieve us and gave us the information we needed. We missed more security on the building

We enjoyed our stay at the RFC Repubblica Florence Core B&B. It’s very well managed and the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and lots of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the BB Repubblica. The location is perfect as it’s in the city center. We were within walking distance of all the shopping and the museums. There are food choices all around. It’s only a $30 euro taxi ride from the airport and $10 euro taxi from the train station. The piazza outside is crowded and active. We found the inside to be quite quiet. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was excellent. Eggs and fresh fruit and coffee are all made to order. There is also yogurt and granola and pastries and traditional Italian meats and cheeses. The people who work at the BB are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. You’re directly across from the Savoy and in the heart of all the action that’s more of the high end part of town. So the rate turns out to be very reasonable. We had a triple. The king size bed was comfortable and our daughter had a single. There were plenty of outlets. There was a small closet and refrigerator. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Property was really nice. The staff team is super friendly and accommodating. Great Breakfast! The environment was really clean and organized. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend it.

Very pleasant family run B&B. When we ran into problems calling a cab, a common situation throughout our trip, the owner’s mother went downstairs and held a cab for us. That is old fashioned service. In the heart of everything, 10 minutes to everything. Nice complimentary breakfast. Everything was clean and new.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with both continental items and cooked to order items too. The B&B is right on the Piazza Della Repubblica. The windows are completely soundproof so you do not hear street noise at night. The staff was genuinely kind and happy to assist us. My expectations were definitely exceeded.

Really central location.The staff were really helpful and lovely.Room was spacious and immaculate. The only downside was the ongoing building work on the floor upstairs that we weren’t pre warned about.This was May 2024.

The location was great, However, lots of street and construction noise which was disturbing. Nice clean place, Breakfast wasn't that interesting but nice staff.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Florence - a beautifully renovated private home with a fascinating history - clean and well maintained with classy decor and very friendly, helpful staff. Our room overlooked the Piazza Repubblica, which was perfect for people-watching and enjoying the buzz of the city. We loved listening to the musicians in the square every evening, and seeing the lights of the carousel from above. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see, including the Duomo, Ponte Vechio and many great restaurants, and an easy 10 minute walk to the train station when it was time to leave for our next location. The staff went above and beyond, offering delicious breakfast in the morning and even helping us to confirm travel plans at our next destination. We are so grateful to the staff for making our trip so enjoyable - would happily return to stay any time!
