A convenient and comfortable hotel, yet a bit small. It could be better if female amenities, like cleansing face oil, facial cream, etc, could be provided.

Location is very convenient for it is opposite to a bus terminus and subway station within walking distance. Despite the room is a bit small, it is quite comfortable. I enjoyed very much the onsen. Thanks a lot.

The 2 small massagers for feet and neck are extremely good to relieve pressure. We like them very much. Despite the room is a bit small, the room is very comfortable. It could have been better if the bed mattress is strong enough to support the body. Overall, the hotel is very convenient.

The hotel is next to Hakata Station and the bus terminal, which is great. However, you have to give up on the cleanliness of the hotel room.

This hotel is just ok- it's lobby is pretty, the onsen is nice but the rooms are smaller than average. Also the elevator is extremely dangerous- my daughter was badly bruised when the doors slammed on her as she stepped in after me. This had also happened to others we talked to. They need to be set to give more time or a sensor or something.

If you are sensitive to noise then you can hear the train during night even with the blockout solid blind.
Ordering Taxi can be an issue during peak time and raining days. The reception couldn't get a taxi and we needed to use UBER and waited for 23mins. So please plan earlier if peak hours.

Staff is very helpful to solve the problem why my phone can connected to the WiFi but iPad cannot. After changed to another room and added a modem inside the room, iPad can connected to WiFi finally. It means that IT need to investigate why I haven’t experienced all hotels in this world besides here.

The hotel room is incredibly small, to the point where we can't even move around freely after opening one piece of luggage. Additionally, there are multiple crosswalks to cross from Hakata station to the hotel, and each one requires a considerable wait time, which can be quite inconvenient.

All furnitures in twin room are old and broken, toilet carpet is wet and old . Room is too small for 2 person with 3 suitcases .

Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the JR Hakata station, with lots of shopping malls and food outlets. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Hotel has a really nice lobby and rest area. Did not have time to use the free onsen. Good Japanese breakfast.

Easy local metro ride to Maizuru Park, Ohori Park, Fukuoka Tower, Momochi Beach and Fukuoka City Museum. Very clean and confortable rooms, convenience store in property.

Room is a little small, but it’s excellent location! East access to all transportation ( JR, subway, bus) and walk distance to shopping and dinings. I will definitely be staying next time visiting Fukuoka!
