Between the air conditioning not cooling the room and extremely uncomfortable bed we could not sleep. We ended up leaving at 3:00am. Will never go back to that hotel!

The checkin staff was not welcoming. The room neede batteries in the remote, the refrigerator needs to be updated and desk light needs A bulb.

Beds were too low felt as if I was sleeping on the floor, since I am 70 hard getting out of bed.did sleep very good

Wifi was terrible, tried calling front desk phone did not work toilet keep running had to turn water valve off and on each time

Just a quick stop for the night on the way to Myrtle beach. Rooms clean and was a late booking. 2 adults 3 children. No bedding for the pull out couch and only 3 bath towels. But front desk gor extra linens and towels quickly great value for the amenities and wonderful staff

Everything was great....the entire staff was so friendly and helpful....if I'm in the area again I would surely choose this hotel again. Big shout out to Vanessa (I believe is her name at the front desk...so very nice! Thank You!

It was way too expensive but a nice hotel. The bee was a little uncomfortable. I feel like the mattresses needs to be updated. The staff was helpful and accommodating of our group.

The front desk clerk at check in acted like I was interrupting her from something. She was in a room off to the side and I had to make clear my throat loudly and she finally came out.

Check-in was a bit slow. Air conditioner in the room was VERY noisy. Beds were grooved from use. It wad very clean and spacious. Well worth the money!

We were not happy about the service from the front desk. Internet never worked. The pullout sofa did not have sheets so the front desk lady who was nowhere to be seen for a while not answering the phone had to change us to another room only to find that the other room did not have sheets either. She had to go find the sheets herself which did not do in the first place when i told her and she replied that housekeeping was not there. Elevator was not working. Breakfast was good. The property needs very little maintenance but the hotel was not ready for 4th of july weekend.
