Upon arrival to check in I had to wait about 3-5 minutes to check in due to there only being one worker at the front desk and he was on the phone assisting another customer I assumed. He didn’t address me at all or state he would be right with me, I kinda just stood there. A manager came from an office looking for the other employees with no luck. However after he got off the phone with the other customer my check in process was swift. The overall experience was nice and the night shift front desk assistant Keonte was very pleasant and helpful.! This location was very convenient for the event I was attending at the Ritz.! (Literally 2 minutes away). Breakfast was good, I loved the red velvet waffles.! It was overall a great stay minus the check in incident.

Excellent stay. Room was everything I expected and more. Breakfast had a nice selection of food choices and the staff members were very welcoming from arrival to departure.

We loved our stay! We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and we had my husband’s active service animal with us. The staff were all so kind, helpful, and got us settled in quickly! The hotel smelled so good, clean lobby/ halls/ room, and the breakfast was yummy. The sweet staff and clean environment made it the best stay.

It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere.

I have been at this hotel so many times from the year it opened, and have always had a great experience! Between the convenient location, the friendly staff, and what is available in walking distance, I love it. I will keep coming back. ☺️

This hotel was a nightmare experience. Upon checkin, they required an additional $50 “deposit” in addition to the ~$475 two night stay and claimed “standard additional fees for booking with Expedia. In addition, the hotel staff broke a number of significant safety protocols between the hours of 12:32 a.m. and 4 a.m. that now leave them privy to a lawsuit. I travel on a weekly basis for work and can honestly say I will never again stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites.

I’m actually impressed! I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn and I can actually say I’m shocked. The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was great and so was the room.

Too busy to really notice

I will definitely be returning to this hotel next time I’m in Raleigh, NC! Service was excellent in every way, super clean and comfortable, great breakfast items, beautiful room and quiet. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Hotel and perfect location. The fragrance was to die for. I asked the clerk what the sent was. I have it ordered already.
