Good location, near Busan Station , Big Bathroom and Bathtub <3

The location is 5 mins walk from Busan KTX station, easy to locate and many eateries too. Convenience store is nearby and there is a big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We took taxis to Busan tower, BIFF night market and is about 10 mins ride, fare is affordable too.
Hotel only provide one big towel for the entire stay. The overall cleanliness was good but we found dust around the bedside and there are coffee stains around the coffee cups. The housekeeper does not speaks english so we have trouble communicating with her when we needed something. The toilet does have a little sea odour maybe is near to the sea. The room is facing the train tracks so is a little noisy for us.

Very nice hotel. Love the facilities provided in the room. 5-10mins walking distance from Busan Station. A bit far from Haeundae and Gwangalli beach. and quite hard to find halal food around Busan Station. Need to go to Haeundae beach area for halal food.

Very near convenient stores and Busan station. Free computer was provided in the room that could be connected to the TV.
Computer was not very clean. The shower system was connected to the sink and was quite complicated. Overhead shower head was above the sink and not directly above the bathtub, making it hard to take a shower in the bathtub.

it was close ish to the ktx station so just had to walk under 10mins to get there
one of our group rooms for 4 had the toilet and shower combined while another room had it separated. Not consistent and not convenient for groups of friends to be sharing one bathroom/toilet all at once. room was right next to train tracks but sound was ok. room service lady took our coins while we were out and also barely cleaned. checkin lady barely spoke English and was getting annoyed at us when she didn’t have all our booking details ready on the pc either. rooms was not ready, we got handed our towels at the checkin to take up.

about 5 mins walk from busan station
the toilet is very huge but pointless, as it waste too much space and made the room too small for 2 luggages. toilet is quite dirty also, with many stains on the glass doors and walls. the blanket in the room is actually just a duvet cover sheet. there is only 1 pillow a bed. the bed is very hard. I requested for foam pillow option, first 3 nights was ok, but suddenly my pillow was changed to soft pillow after housekeeping. the towels provided in the room were small towels. we had to request for bath towels from the lobby.

It was a really close to the station. The bathtub was nice and a/c worked
Wasn't the cleanest or nicest. Some stains on the sheets and the walls, broken light figure, not enough paper, etc. Did the job of providing a place to sleep but not the most comfortable or luxurious.

Great size rooms, good AC, great jets and huge bathtub, friendly staff, good location.
The cleanliness here let this place down. Bathroom mouldy at the door, floor not cleaned properly in the room, and one day the housekeeping literally emptied one of the 2 bins (leaving dirty nappies in the toilet one) and gave us new bottles of water - nothing else. Such a shame.

Location is perfect for early train. Easy check-in check-out.
The bathroom was not good at all by design. Sofa was dirty looking. View was not as expected.

The overall building is very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom. There was hair in the floor and the bathroom smelled like urine. They only provide hand towels and sheets. No actual blankets. It stated “water view” room but there is train tracks in front of the hotel and off the far you can barely see water. There was other rooms trash on the hallway for two days just laying. No beach is in walking distance. Only near the busan train station. Location is a little sketchy. Will never bring my family there again.

The view from the room was very nice and the bathrooms were very nice. The beds were very comfy.
The electricity from the outlets in the room was terrible, which was very important to me because it wouldn’t charge my phone properly but it did charge portable batteries.

The location was only a few minutes walking from Busan Station and was near by many restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and China Town.
The bathroom was clean but there was mold along the sealant on one of the sinks and around the bottom on the toilet. The hotel installed new toilets that were a bidet, however whenever the toilet would clean itself by itself, the water would splash out in between the toilet and the seat with the lid closed due to the cleaning option being too strong. We tried seeing it there was an option to turn down the power but there wasn’t any.

good location. Same street as Busan station
everything else was gross. Fruit flies everywhere, toilet was not bolted down, maid never came after asking twice. This in general was just a unclean room.

Great location, close to Busan rail station. We had high level rooms, so good views of the water.
The hotel was really excellent value for what we paid. Great shower.
I could hear quite a bit of noise during the night from upstairs, but I am a light sleeper

the view of the train tracks, makes the nice view of the sea and bridge a bit less pleasant.

Pillows were uncomfortable, the room became too hot and the aircon wouldn't turn on, and the towels were a bit too small
