It was a prime position for the beach, pier and the centre, it is acroos the road from the retail park and from the beach. Was in close range to the train station and to other activities in llanduno. The staff were also very kind and always smiling.

Between 10 and 16 hours you have to pay for parking and it is hard to find any free places. But after 16:00 h parking is free. The oasis gave useful tips for our visit to Snowdon. We payed some extra for a much better room with seaview.

Outstanding. Fantastic location, well equipped room and tasty breakfast. Ed was superb and an attentive host. Not only would stay again but would happily recommend to anyone.
