The air conditioner was broken and room was extremely hot. The staff was rude and unprofessional. No clean towels was available not the housekeeper was available. This place needs to be condemn

Property was suitable and the room was nice. Some upgrades could be done as far as electrical issues and it would be beneficial to have a small table on the balcony of each room to place items on such as cell phones, drinks, food, etc. The HOT TUB which was small, needed cleaning out. It appeared to have sand or dirt in it.

Very family friendly. The coutyard beside the is adorable with lots of cozy setting areas to relax and let the kids play. The walkout to the beach is right there with a private entrance. The rooms are cozy and the staff is unbelievable!! Would recommend to friends and family !! They take great care of you. You feel like family.

Frint desk was busy but helpful during Check-in time, the room we had was nice for just a lay over and chill. Me my other half and our little one enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The keyless entry worked Great. I gave it a 3 overall star because its old the knob on the bathroom tub was loose we we went to use it for the cold water and it came off. Just old i think a remodel would be good over just new flooring anyway its worth it if there is nothing else available or even just a lay over.

The tint in the windows is peeling. The badeboards look as though they had water damage. The bunk bead was broken. And they have bugs. Unfortunately the only thing nice about this place is the staff. Location was great, simple access to the beach. Room was comfortable and met our needs. Room shows its age, but everything is functional. Could have been cleaner but we hold a high standard.

First, the property was easy to get to and the check in was very easy. The front desk staff was helpful. (Be mindful, that staff is not on site 24 hours, as you will have to call or text a number to any assistance or follow ups you may have). About the room quality, it was just mediocre; compared to what was promoted/shown on the website. For context, I made reservations for the 1-bedroom suite, w/ the ocean front view. The overall room was clean and I did love the second bedroom w/ the bunk beds for extra space. However, the full hotel room was small, as the room in total was probably, 900 sq. The room did not look like the pictures on the website as the room appears spacious in the photos. Also, the room is dated, it had cracks in the walls, ceilings, closets and it needed some paint to cover the water marks on the ceilings. Upon arrival, the elevator had a horrific odor. I was told by front desk staff the trash from each floor is transferred to the outside dump via the elevator. I will state, that once I informed the front desk staff, they did address the issue and had the cleaning staff to address the issue. The overall grounds of the hotel appeared unkempt. (see photos). There was trash in the backyard area and both the pool and hot tub was full of sand along with debris (peoples’ dirty clothes) around the areas. Also, the hot tub/jacuzzi was not hot, as the water was cold. I was not expecting perfection, however for the price, I was expecting a level of quality that

Weather wasn’t great but the room was . Willow bay has super clean rooms with fantastic views . Very relaxing hotel that isn’t overwhelming . It was actually perfect to sit on the terrace and have a direct waterfront view .

It is absolutely disgusting, nothing worked in the room, the shower ceiling was falling in. Very very nasty hotel.

The property manager was very nice! However this property is dated and needs updating. The refrigerator was stinking. It served it’s purpose but the reviews and pictures were deceiving!

This property is not perfect by any means, they had a good photographer, but we still had a comfortable time and enjoyed our stay. The updated areas of the units are nice, but much of the unit is still dated and a little shabby. However, the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, the water pressure was good, the air conditioning and wifi worked well, and the views and access to the beach were super. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place where you can walk out to the beach and enjoy your day and come back and clean up and do it again, it’s a comfortable place to do so. If you are looking for fancy, this isn’t it.

I liked how helpful and friendly the staff were. My only negative would be that it smelled like weed on multiple floors of the resort after sharing that smoking is not allowed at the resort.
