The villa is very spacious and is very well equipped. Very nice living area and swimming pool is of a good size.

There are some missing utensils in the kitchen such as cheese grater, a microwave cover. There was water leaking from the toilet in my bedroom. THE MOST DISSAPOINTING POINT IS THAT WE DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER FOR HALF OF OUR STAY AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP. We contacted the estate responsible person and they claim that this property was not in the rental pool of Anahita Residences so they could not help us. I messaged the owner but had the reply that we have all taken our shower at the same time and this is the reason for not having hot water. The next morning hot water was still not available. My question is what if the air conditioning was not working or lights went off in the villa.........who would have taken care of the issue as Anahita was VERY CLEAR that it was not their responsibility.
