The Space:

Back inside, this recently refurbished home welcomes you with glossy, modern interiors and a cozy ambience. Sleek wooden accents and tasteful design elements add to the charm. The living area boasts a comfy seating area that surrounds a smart TV and a warm fireplace. Large glass sliders open onto the outdoor deck, which features a coffee table and sprawling green views.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The 3-bar stool area is perfect for cocktail soirees, while the 8-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners.

The home accommodates 10 guests in total, with 2 in each room.

Located next to the living area, #bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

#Bedroom 2 is the master, and comes with a queen-size bed, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

#Bedroom 3 is located upstairs with a twin bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- An additional full-size murphy bed is provided in the loft for guest use.
- A washer/dryer is included.
- Parking is available onsite.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Historic Downtown Branson is less than 9 miles away and is dotted with restaurants and specialty stores. It’s common to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events while downtown.
